The 120 days of condo allotment can be utilized anytime throughout the year. When the condo unit is not in use by the owner, it will be actively marketed and rented out by the management of the Elkwater Lake Lodge. The revenues from the condo rentals will be accounted on an individual basis with 55% of the revenues distributed to each respective condo owner.
