Our Condominium Suites
The Lodge offers a total of 11 various condominium suites for your travel and vacation accommodations. The main and upper level floors of the Condos are air conditioned.
There are four different styles of condominium suites, including: Studio Condo, 1 Bedroom Condo, 2 Bedroom Condo, and 3 Bedroom Loft Condo.
Studio Condominium Suites
All of our Studio Condominium Suites are smoke free, and include 1 King Pillow top bed; a Kitchenette; a deck; satellite television and air conditioning.
Our Studio Condominium Suites are priced from $185 (Low Season) to $215 (High Season) per night, based on double occupancy.
1 Bedroom Condominium Suites

All of our 1 Bedroom Condominium Suites are smoke free, and include 1 Queen Pillow top bed and a sofa bed; a full kitchen with island and dishwasher; a Dining Room area; a River Rock fireplace; a corner soaker tub; a wrap around patio-deck; satellite television and air conditioning. |  |
Our 1 Bedroom Condominium Suites are priced from $185 (Low Season) to $215 (High Season) per night, based on double occupancy. A two night minimum stay is required.
2 Bedroom Condominium Suites

All of our 2 Bedroom Condominium Suites are smoke free, and include 1 King and 1 Queen Pillow top bed and a double sofa bed; a full kitchen with island and dishwasher; two bathrooms; and a Dining Room area. |  |
They also include a River Rock fireplace; a corner soaker tub; a wrap around patio-deck; a second patio-deck off master bedroom; satellite television and air conditioning.
Our 2 Bedroom Condominium Suites are priced from $280 (Low Season) to $310 (High Season) per night, based on double occupancy. A two night minimum stay is required.
3 Bedroom Loft Condominium Suites

The 3 Bedroom Loft Bedroom Condominium Suites are perfectly appointed to create an oasis of warmth and comfort. All of our 3 Bedroom Loft Bedroom Condominium Suites are smoke free, and include 1 King and 2 Queen Pillow top beds, with a lofted bedroom and bathroom that is open to main living area. |  |
They also include a double sofa bed; a full kitchen with island and dishwasher; two bathrooms; a Dining Room area; a River Rock fireplace; a corner soaker tub; a wrap around patio-deck; a second patio-deck off master bedroom; satellite television and air conditioning.
Our 3 Bedroom Loft Condominium Suites are priced from $360 (Low Season) to $395 (High Season) per night, based on double occupancy. A two night minimum stay is required.
Terms & Conditions:
Tourism Levy (4%) and G.S.T (6%) extra.
All prices are based on double occupancy. Double occupancy means that this is the base rate for two people. Each additional person pays $5.00 per night.
Low Season:
October 15, 2007 – December 20, 2007
January 7, 2008 – May 22, 2008
October 6, 2008 – December 18, 2008
In addition, from May 17 to September 5, 2007 and from December 16, 2007 to January 2, 2008 there is a 30-day cancellation policy in effect.
From September 6, 2007 to December 15, 2007 and from January 3 to May 18, 2008 there is a 72-hour cancellation policy in effect. From September 6, 2007 to December 15, 2007 there will also be an early departure fee equal to one nights room charge. Cancellations of any reservations during these dates are to have email or fax confirmations. Penalties of one night room and tax will be charged should the reservation be cancelled within these time periods. No cancellations on long weekends or Christmas season.
