All prices based on double occupancy, and extra occupants will be charged $5.00 per night.

From May 17 to September 5, 2007 and from December 16, 2007 to January 2, 2008 there is a 30-day cancellation policy in effect.

From September 6, 2007 to December 15, 2007 and from January 3 to May 18, 2008 there is a 72-hour cancellation policy in effect. From September 6, 2007 to December 15, 2007 there will also be an early departure fee equal to one nights room charge.

No cancellations on long weekends or Christmas season. These reservations are to have email or faxed confirmations initialled.

Penalties of one night room and tax will be charged should the reservation be cancelled within these time periods.

* Each additional person over specified occupancy is $5.00 per person
